Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt.

Non-returnable items include:

• Used or damaged products

• Paints or custom-mixed items

• Cut wires, hoses, or customized items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days via the original method of payment.

Exchanges
Items may be exchanged only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please contact us immediately.
